Is it possible to search Instagram content by geo tag + hashtag and/or by multiple hashtags (eg. #nyc #food)?
if you’re using JV, you can setup a dummy account to scrape content as if you were to like it, using geo filtering + hashtags in the caption. If this is what you want, I can explain 
Use a scrape account to send them to your real account. Use the hashtags and geo locations as a filter.
I would scrape NYC geo loc and use the filter ‘username, bio, name must contain word’ and then put food there or restaurant or whatever. Also you could use the ‘at least 1 post contains the following words’ or whats it called. And then input hashtags there
