how to setup like exchange and how to use it?

Just turn all the settings down and use carefully until you are confident with it. I found the default settings aggressive for my accounts.
Don’t use it on important accounts, it caused me some issues with like blocks when I first turned it on and I’m trying it very cautiously now until I’m confident.
What was interesting was that I started having like blocks on the receiving account which doesn’t make logical sense but it’s my experience. (Seperate proxy’s on all accounts)
