Hello Ossi,
My name is Bella and I am a smaller influencer (15k) on Instagram and my account got hacker. The hacker is posting nudes on my story and scamming my followers into buying a fake only fans subscription. I have tried filling out the request form through the app but nothing shows up- so I used my new account to fill out a form, and I went through the whole recovery processā€¦ they approved my photo and sent me a link to change my password, but it was not for the hacked account, but rather the one I used to pull up the form. Why isnā€™t a form showing up for the hacked account? When I type in my username, and next, it tells me to send a login link to my hackers email and phone number. If I click ā€œNeed more help?ā€ It takes me to the help center. This is an extremely frustrating process as the hacker continues to post and I have done everything from filling out forms, emailing, leaving voice mails, doing the craziest stuff. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
