We can see liked posts, saved posts but not the posts on which we have commented. Also, if we can see WHEN did we liked/commented/saved the post, it would be better.
This bellow is what I found online some time ago and it worked for me, when I got data downloaded I was able to see comments that were made from my profile.
"To see your comments on Instagram you need to download all your data on Instagram.
To get all your comments on Instagram:
First, open Instagram app and login to your account.
Tap on burger icon on top right of Instagram feed
- Go to setting
- Open the security
- Tap on download data
- Tap on request data
- Enter the Instagram password
- Tap on done and check your email address.
- Open the link, and you will be redirected to the Instagram login page again.
- Enter the login info, and you can see the Download Data page.
- Click on the data and download the data into your mobile or desktop.
- Once your download completed, extract the data into your device.
- Open the folder, which should be in your username.
- You can see a number of files.
- Open the comments."
When you open the comments file from the file that you get on your email, you will be able to see the comments that you made.
