Anyone else receive bulk emails today to send your photo and codes? I did about 6 yesterday and the response came through a day later.
Not yet. But I’m receiving emails with the codes after sending new request. So everything should be fine now.
Hi, i have a question. Appealed for unban (large acc, over 1m followers). IG asked for selfie which was sent and after that asked for document.
The name on the account is a random one, not real name and real document was sent to them… IG replied: Hi, We can’t give you access to this account or continue with your request because we haven’t received an acceptable ID that matches the information listed on the account.
What can I do?
@HenryCooper i received two emails at the same time asking for sending selfie picture 
, should i send the required file to one or both emails ?
Can anyone send new apply?

I think it is genuinely just down right now. Fingers crossed that nothing is changing but we can’t know for sure. Because if says “Were getting this fixed as soon as we can.” It makes me believe that there is just some kind of error in their end.

try around 123456789 times more and send an exact same number of e-mails and you shall be rewarded for your consistency

I am already rewarded with disabled account and package of action blocked from Instagram.
