The form was working for me 2 or 3 weeks ago, can’t remember exactly the time I recovered it, it was around that time…

Depends how many applies they have. Sometimes I get respond next day, but it usually takes 1-3 days. Of course, Saturday and Sunday are off.

i have this account where i got rejected for unban twice. it says this in mail

Do you manage to send an appeal right after it? Do we have to wait to be able to appeal again?

so i have tried the process twice before for the account and it gave the same result have applied again.
the problem is this is a big 130k account in fashion niche and it had 3 copyright infringement posts and the posts were removed and the account deleted and now it’s not getting unbanned.
the account was legit and had legit posts around 9k and 3 posts got the problem after 2 months gap each and then the account was banned it was not a shitty repost account it was a proper legit account but now ig is not unbanning it i’ll keep trying ways to recover it let’s see

Afaik you cannot restore an account for copyright infringement. I have tried many times with the same issue and I have gotten the same error. If the reason for the ban is suspected automation, you can always restore it. I have done thousands.

How long do I have to wait to be able to appeal once they send me an email of denying it? I tried appealing already a few times but I don’t get the email to send them a picture with a code anymore…

Sometimes it can take up to 1-2 years. You need to be patient :slight_smile:

hey yes even i have unbanned a lot of automated accounts but this is an important account that’s why i am trying again and again to recover it and it’s big 130k followers and 9k posts.
also, I wanted to know anybody from the forum has ever recovered a copyright infringement?

I got it once in 2 weeks after ton of appeals, now i’m not able to get that email again after submitting the appeal form…
