Well, first of all, a lot of depends on the account type itself. Fresh, aged or clients.
In general - the first week is a warming process for aged and clients (i will skip the fresh once, cuz its a long story) While the warming process - there should be actions such like story watching, post saving and a couple of actions daily - 5-10 per tool. A week later - start increasing the actions day by day untill it reaches 200 per tool.
Your settings seem to be good for 10 or even more accounts. Not sure why u want to unfollow 300 per day in case u follow 160-190. Probably F/UF different days - anyway it changes nothing.
And the main part is a DM - doesn’t matter what for u r using it: Just to say “hello” to the new followers or to send them an http or internal @user_name link - the daily number of actions would stay the same 40-45 (limit is 50, so stay under) But in case u will send over and over again the same link via DM - this type of actions would be pointed as spam and IG will react
