Or I should start a journal in which I should write everything essential.
This case study is only to serve as a social proof, so it depends on how you want others to see it. You may or may not want to share everything about your strategy though. Journal and case study are apparently different though, journey is usually opaque with limited details wherin you keep mentioning your progress regularly while a case study is a compilation of your progress throughout with much more transparency.

Case study is not necessary IMO. Just need to have results and people will listen.
