i suggest we just follow, fuck unfollows, what matters is āfollowingā number not followers
your account is banned, logout from the app, close other sessions: JV or other automatization sevices, close account in browsers, wait for two days, change your password, try again.
Log out from the app?
Once youāre banned you canāt log out of anything let alone how can you close your account in the browser?
Once youāre banned you have no access to any such features!

I am using accounts manually on a phone
If an account is banned you might as well forget about it.
Itās very rare someone can obtain their account back.
Iāve lost so many but each time I learn how - such as the posts needed more Spintxt and so did the DMs.

@t-tech Please read all post before you comment. I first suggested to wait to get unblocked, and then start again slowly with actions, preferent in the app. BUT @arlind14 replied me that he did try this already, and after he did some likes, he got blocked again. SO IF YOUR READ CAREFULLY, trying to get some learning, I am sayingā¦ wait to GET UNBLOCK (if you are doing automatization using api services or a web browser with macros or recorder procedures with code; you can logout just closing this programs), even this; I suggest after you GET UNBLOCK follow the steps described before. If you have a better and confirmed option to do it, I encourage to write it down. Have a nice day.

I just gave my own experince with 2 accounts I noticed a pattern.
But you can still with been losser that is ok.

I would disagree, but not for the reason you said. Instagram has a max of 7,500 following limit, meaning when you hit 7,500 following you have to unfollow, so you can follow more people.
For me as a service provider, I have to make sure that Iām roughly following and unfollowing the same amount of people per month.
Letās say I follow 7,500 people in month 1, and gain the client 1,000 followers, theyāre happy, Iām happy. On month 2, Iāll be forced to unfollow all of them, and if Iām not following anyone Iāll gain them 0 (or minus followers as some people unfollow), which is why I need the ability to unfollow.
For me, I do 5 days of following, 5 days of unfollowing, and Iām fully manual on an IOS device, but never follow + unfollow on the same day.

Yeah if you can do it thatās great! I havenāt tried both in one day with manual but as Iām a student I have little time. Iād assume if you did 200 follows and unfollows manually youād break it down into something like 8 sets of 50 actions throughout the day? (Or less?)
Iām extremely time restricted so itās usually a push if I have time to do 3 sets of 50 actions at different points in the day, bear in mind I have to do that for several clients, make sure Iām using the right sources, and only following public users as private ones take 2 clicks to unfollow.

Hey there. Just want to clarify that this isnāt true. I have unbanned literally thousands of accounts. I have even unbanned the same accounts dozens of times over during hard time and trials of bad proxies.

For the banned accounts, itās quite the opposite : you can get them back most of the time ā¦

Yeah for now Iām going as risk averse as possible, but when I have more time to invest Iām going to have a look at my options. Iām slowly moving towards content marketing and influencer outreach for clients anyway, and perhaps ads for growth, so if Iām lucky I can get away from follow/unfollow.
