I am sorry to hear that your account was disabled for no reason. But to be honest I believe you haven’t done anything wrong. Seems like IG is being buggy atm. I read on different forums people claiming being banned, eventhough they have never used automation. Something is up for real. On some of my accounts IG is having major issues updating feeds and explorer. On one of them I had over 1000 pending requests and yesterday I checked there was none, all removed! I think something is reset due to latest update, and asual bugs appear, which will be fixed.
Eventhough it seems unfair, you should claim it back, unless you are 100% sure you don’t care about IG anymore.

Nowadays most of account getting disabled/hacked. You can regain your account access easily.
What was the ban reason? And did you ever get it back?
They don’t say it. They just say I violated the terms of use 
Never got it back, for now at least.
