By the way, what happen if the seller update the TOS after we purchase the item??

It happen with me, one time but it doesn’t matter. We have no proof that, seller changed their TOS. It happens only in 2% cases.

99% of the time, they send you an email. It’s either a long boring email, or a link (at least with the services I utilize)

But there was nothing wrong. You ordered a VPS. You received a VPS.

“After I order, I find out that VPS is too much for me right now and thus I go for shared hosting from other provider.”

You seem to believe that Paypal is a way to always be able to cancel orders without reason and get your money back. I am really happy that it isn’t like this.

It would have been different of they gave you a not working VPS.
