I want to make 3 lists of hashtags and i need to combine the lists with the result from 26 words . list 1. 40% words. list 2. 40% and list 3. 20%. in all variants as possible.

Just two mins in excel, 3 columns, count the hashtags in each calculate the % you want and with the number of cells obtained, select and copy them to other column.
Then reorder the columns and start again.
Piece of cake.
