Where can I go in order to get one?
I would like the account to be with mostly real users and active.

That’s a somewhat slippery slope since there is little reason for someone to sell a extremely established account such as one with 100k followers.
And considering social blade isn’t working, I’m sure a bunch of snakes are trying to screw people over. Really, I know it’s work but probably shooting for a 30k one would be more beneficial.
If you insist, try telegram marketplaces and some threads here. The people here however tend to avoid selling trash so most you’ll be able to get your hands on at least here is a 50k account if that.
Engagement is a bigger seller than meaningless numbers that won’t convert.
