IG Account Verification Emails - Domain Banned?

Has anyone experienced Instagram banning a domain from receiving emails from them?

I ask because I am experiencing an issue where email verifications are not coming in at all for old accounts and brand new created accounts and am wondering if they perhaps banned my domain I am using for my accounts.

If they you did experience the issue, what did you do about all of your accounts stuck in EV? Were you ever able to resolve the EV verification and get in another way?

Would you go back and update all of your old accounts to gmail domain emails to be safe?

Yes. I had some own domains on own hosting and by accident I deleted the option to receive emails for them. After a while I found out, but Instagram would not send emails to these domains anymore.
I remember I tried it again and again. After waiting a couple of months it suddenly worked again.

Not really sure about this. But Im still using mail.ru safely. Its the most spammy email as we know
