One of my clients video posts on IG can’t be promoted, this is the error:
I selected an existing video from the client’s profile, how come there is a problem to process the video?
Anyone has this problem too?
Confirm I have the same problem too!
Upload the video manually, wait few minutes and then try again.
But I want to promote the existing post from the feed…
Sometimes, actually quite often, Facebook is broken. I suggest you retry tomorrow. If it’s still not working use the Chat and ask for help.

Just upload manually and then after few minutes select the post from the feed as usual.
