I have question, i searched forum and i don’t see any sollution for my question.
Is there any app or website that i could search for IG profiles with the highest engagement in specific hashtahs,locations,niches? I know igblade and other sites, but there i could not search profiles with biggest engagement in specific hashtags etc.

try www.heepsy.com - you can filter by location, engagement etc, only in pro account

I dont know tbh - I use this one to look for follow sources for JV, I think it is worth the money IMO
