I want to log into one of my accounts, I still have access to the email associated with this account however I no longer use the phone number. When I try to log in it says “We sent a verification code to your phone number” . What should I do? I can’t access this phone number.
Please help!!
You should verify through a different process because you have no access to the old phone number. If you are not getting different verification process so you can reach them through a legal source which can easily verify it.
you should contact Instagram custom service and tell you your situation.
i tried before, i gave them my sign up email and my photo with ID card
that will give you a link to reset all your account
