So If i use a proxy and bot for instagram. Does that mean I can no longer use my i-phone since the IP address will differ

I think Instagram proxies just mean they were never used on IG before? Im not sure but I always just buy regular private proxies.
Most provider of proxies these days aren’t providing “clean” proxies anymore, it’s rather hard to keep up with the demand over the years of IG booming. I’ve tested many various proxies and even ‘shared’ proxies are fairly decent compared to dedicated IP, however I do not use them myself anymore as they’re significantly over abused now.
Running accounts on dedicated proxies seems to be without any issue but creating accounts is a different story.
