Instagram Account Disabled for unknown violation- any solution

My company’s Instagram Account has been barred to login.

My account was having trouble logging in and I was instructed to dial an OTP number, which I quickly did. However, after entering the number, it said that it would take 24 hours to verify my identity even though I had already given them the code. Now, whenever I try to log in, a Page Not Found message displays.

Now they say:

Your account has been disabled for violating our terms. Learn how you may be able to restore your account

Do you have any clue to solve it?

You have to apply for it to be reactivated. Do you have a fb ad account?

You can apply for recovery. Once they reviewed your Account’s information. It will recover.

Even with FB Ad Account, they will send you to the form right now. Or did you try lately and had different experiences?

I know someone that talked to fb but their account was mistakenly disabled as it was hacked and misused. Not automated on.

A few weeks ago.

Yes, I have a FB ad account with the same Email and User name as Instagram.
I’ve applied for the Review yet, 2 days past, and no reply from the Instagram team.

I was applying for 15 days every morning. Had to submit documents and photo with code, username, name and surname.
They replied eventually and account was recovered immediately.

Don’t lose hope, just be consistent.

Which form did you use? Direct from app? If not can you send link?

If I remember correctly, it’s from the log-in page.
It will say your account is disabled and “Learn More”, click that and then this “if you think this was a mistake, please let us know” and then you will see the form.

It is a way to request regarding your disabled account but there are other many things to do.
