What can I do if my Instagram account has been disabled for violating TOS
I think this is pretty much the end of the Instagram Account. You could try to send instagram a message which includes, that you know have read the terms and conditions or even did a course (facebook blueprint). So that it will never happen again. But i think the account is lost forever…
