Instagram account stuck at "The account cannot access the internet. It will retry in 30 seconds"

Hello,

So I’m using proxy from Luminati. It works fine with YouTube account and when trying to login thru EB - The problem is when I’m trying to verify my newly added Instagram account it stuck at “The account cannot access the internet” But it works fine when logging in EB.

Any suggestion?

Go in proxy manager, change the url to use to verify the proxies to https://www.instagram.com, then verify your proxy again. Does it show valid status?

As I know, Luminati does not support login IG. I don’t know what kind of proxy are you using?

@ossi I’ve tried that it says valid but still can’t login to IG using API.

@jessewolf I’m using static residential, even tried mobile proxies. I can login using EB without any problem

Are those proxies SOCKS5 proxies?

I would remove the proxy, then log in with home IP. Once it’s valid, assign the proxy again. See if it works and the tool can run.

nope, they aren’t SOCKS5 proxies. Ok, I will try that. Thanks!
