Ive been experimenting with this both on and off IG ads platform
using
IG or Fb ads manager
which type of ads to run etc
does anyone have any tips or a tutorial they can point me in for best results
this would be for a clothing brand 89k followers

I always saw Ads first of all to be instrument to get you clients and not Followers number. It is really up to other methods (posts, MF, etc.) to get you the number

No matter how many followers you have, if you are not a well-known brand “Very well known” you will throw money with Instagram advertising and you will only get a handful of likes !!
