Yesterday I had an Instagram block which has stopped me from doing anything at all.
It says it expires today but I still can’t get on.
What can I do?

Log out of the account and back in
yes login/logout operation will fix the issue and if you still can’t do actions stop trying for 24 hours then try again.
Yeah, I agree with these recommendations, I would just add, don’t login straight away. Wait 24 hours and then login again.
