Instagram bus. account temporarly blocked

Hi dear admins and visitors, we have one big problem. Our business account was temporarly blocked.

We were dumb and don’t put a e-mail address in profile, only mobile, which was Vodafone. That line is not active now, we ask Vodafone, told about our problem, that we need to recive sms to access our bus. acc, but Spanish Vodafone is a big dumb , they can’t recover that number which we have. More than 2 week we ask / wrote them to recover our sim card… but…

We wrote to phish@fb.com no reply, support@instagram.com, they or bot replied:

We are ready to pay service or specialist, who can help us, to solve that damn problem…
We have all datas, certificates, that IG account switch is FB account.

I had the same issue. Its not vodafone its IG not sending the sms you have to keep spamming over and over trying to get the code. I did it hundreds of times a day and a few days later I finally got a code

Nothing could be done there. You gotta have access to that phone number, unfortunately.

Try submitting a support request form. Follow the steps explained in this thread:
