Did you try to get it back using this form ? https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083 they usually give the account back if it’s not porn posting/copyrights or links in bio issue.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Do you think it has happened because of the software, or someone just got jealous and decided to report you on Instagram? And if so, why should they report you? Maybe you uploaded some pictures someone did not like?
