I was just wondering if Instagram engagement pods and telegram ones are still good to us for very bad for your account.

As far as I know there is no proof the algo dislikes them.
Many well informed people say pods hurt your profile.
At the moment iām still using 3/4 of them and had no downsides on my profile.
I have also not seen any downsides, but with telegram I have had problems.
Dm groups work perfectly.
