We all are experiencing massive follow/like blocks on our automated software, I want to propose the following.
I know there have been made a lot of posts regarding this, but I haven’t been able to find any now that everbody has been hit with bans and stuff, so I want to bring this subject at the top once again as I think this can really help a lot of people in this community getting results for their clients without using their F/UF strategy.
Most of you guys are probably known with engagement groups or “pods”, for the other, let me explain.
A engagement group or pod is a group of people whom like/comment each others posts right after it gets uploaded so the Instagram algorithm assumes it’s an high quality post which makes your post get ranked higher in the explore/hashtag and overall timeline.
I want to propose the following, let’s all think about some engagement groups we can create with this community so we can keep our clients happy with growing engagement on their posts.
I want to create a few groups, all in their own niche and even country if that’s applicable.
For my clients I would really need a UK based fashion/lifestyle group.
Please leave your thoughts below, and if there is enough interest we should start creating some telegram groups and start growing together
I think that this is good idea for individuals and small businesess, but not for Instagram agencies managing couple hundreds of client profiles. It’s very hard for them to grow in this way.
You are right, but the days of lazy automation are over unfortunately. And even this you can automate as you can just import the posts that need to be liked.
But yeah, for sure this is more valuable to companies with fewer clients, but i’m sure we have enough of those in this community, not everybody is managing 100+ clients.
other EG’s are fine, but as an example my clients only want to work with UK followers, so having an EG that’s only focussed towards UK people or something would be perfect.
furthermore having an EG’s with this community is in my opinion way better as all of the people here are trusted and doing things in the best interest of everybody, while a lot of EG’s that can be found on internet is full with spammers or weird posters.
It’s not really about doing it differently, it’s more about doing it with trusted people and it’s just an idea to keep the growth growing off accounts while we are facing these follow blocks and stuff.
I got your point, creating the EG is the easy part but I feel that this community is very busy with other things and I’m not sure about the commitment. You know EG works when you add the interactions in a short period of time, how many ppl here will be able to cope with that? Anyway I’m not in UK, but in Europe, if you want I’m in!
Yeah ofcourse, but unfortunately the lazy days of easy automation and getting 50 new followers a day are over for now. Now we have to adapt and unfortunately do extra work to get them same results.
Luckily these engagements groups will help re-build your trust factor as your post will get “real” engagement in the eyes of instagram
Like exchange is down, atleast that’s what I read 2 days ago in the follow block megathread. It probably has to do with the API’s bans lately.
so that’s also why I really want people to think about creating engagements groups together, yes it will take some “manual” work, but atleast we can keep giving our clients likes and comments, plus this methods is more real in instagram perspective so it will also raise your trust factor, which can be helpful when we can automate following again.
Agreed! But today i added 2 new accounts (unblocked) in like exchange and they are actually giving likes (to someone:) )
So it’s not like the function is totally down right?
Yeah, I don’t know how it works. I never used the like exchange as it’s doesn’t benefit my accounts anyways.
I need my accounts to receive likes 5-10 minutes after they get posted, so instagram algorithms sees it as a high quality post, which it then get’s ranked higher in the hashtags and explore page.
for example: Yesterday i posted a picture, I then used an engagement group to like that picture around 30 times, then my post got another 45 picture from people in the hashtags, the pic got viewed 400+ times only with the hashtags
Fuelgroups are also down at least until 1st August. Its a clear win from instagram’s side until now and I think we have to react in any way we can. So I am also in.
