How is this possible?

every post that goes to IGTV goes to feed as well? isnt the aspect ratio different?

You have the option to.
In that case u show a 60s preview, then a CTA to view the rest of the clip.
Go on the explore page. You’ll find a few accounts that do that.

if its longer it propose to you to continue seeing the video on IGTV
and what is allowed video resolutions for IGTV?
Only if the IGTV video is at least 1 minute long. If it’s shorter, you won’t have the option to share to your regular IG feed
