They drop every day. You have to see the statistics of your last month, how many follows you 've done. If you drop to about 5500 they let you follow again but you have to take it slow in the beginning. There are new limits now for following daily and monthly.
How can I see them?

It depends on the automation tool you use. They provide usually monthly statistics. If you did it alone though by hand I don’t know if you track it. Calculate approximately how many you 've done per day and then multiply it by 30. If you 're already 3 weeks follow blocked though it should have dropped by now.
Actually on 4th of the june i had like in total 10k follows or so and i got follow block. And basically by waiting it out your total follow number keeps on dropping each day. For example when day passes by you follow 0 people and you are going down in total number of follows you made in last 30 days. It took me a while since i use jarvee on a pc and on some days i would turn it on late so i would follow less ppl that day and on some days it would follow 600 people. So after almost 20 days i dropped to 5900 follows and i got instantly unblocked. Imma wait little bit longer to drop to 4000 follows and then imma try 200 follows a day strategy.
I also must say that this follow block has not effected my growth, im keep on getting followers i even end up in explore page from time to time…weird but i like it!
Here is what’s going on here, on the print screen is some of the accounts we’re managing, as I mentioned before, it’s going even better than before, you can check how many people we follow and how many followers they’re gaining(all of the above 6000/30).
Is good to remember that 30% of the accounts were blocked from 4th june till days ago so more than 2 weeks. Some of this accounts works only for 2 weeks fully or even less…
Also accounts with equal followers gain and followers are new.
So still great to work and maybe now is even better than before it’s just about the high quality targeting.

I dont have much informations and i can’t say much without valid proof, follow block was never lifted on this account that got disabled since 4th june no copyright issues i believe he would be informed if this was the problem but this guy create his own content. Before 4th june he only got once that message We’re removing inauthentic likes and follows change password… (we ignored it) i was doing 700-900 follow per day with Jarvee and just that for 2 months no other tools activated likes,comments or dm. Whoever wants to continue growing with bots should be extra careful apparently this time instagram take this very seriously and cracking down on anyone violating their terms.

6000/30 and 200/day?
200/day is only if you do follow and unfollow at same day (do not recommend it for anyone) if you do 5 days follow and 5 days unfollowing it’s 399(5985/15) follows per day for 15 days and same with unfollow.
That is what I’m doing for now and with two test account’s I’m going harder 500-600 per day till get blocked and I’ll let you all know.

How many actions you do per hour, and do u do also likes and comments?
Why do you not recommend follow and unfollow on the same day? As long as you follow max 200 per day and unfollow max 200 a day then you should be fine assuming you are not doing follow and unfollow at the same time. You can split it morning follow and evening unfollow. This is working for me.

My own 4g proxies. That account has never ever saw a real device, maybe just 1 time a year ago for about 5 minutes and yes in the last 6 months it only say jarvee.

Well, instazood does not work for sure. I am able to follow and like from my account but not from instazood , which is apparently blocked. I have to move to Jarvee sooner than I thought, though I had already paid a couple of weeks more on instazood and I wanted to use them.
Jarvee is way better anyway

you can use some child to grow even faster without risking yours
if you’re still block its because you did a 600 + follow for a day
so your total for 30 was about 30000 + -
evry day that passed the number is getting down in about 400 + -
if you go to …
social profile --》mark your profile --》 pressed view statistic down the page --》 and mark group data by account
then you can see the total amount you do per 30 days
when this number be in about 5500 - 6000 the block over…

Anyone else having issues with following using the API but can follow in the embedded browser? I’ve got 2 clients that are follow-blocked in the API but can follow manually and on the embedded browser- only doing 100 follows per day…
