The 6000 theory seems to be right. My first account is not banned anymore and it has 5800 follows now for last 30 day. Other account are above that and they’re still blocked. I will update the situation once the others drop below 6000.

Its possible that the algorithm isnt only looking at your follows for the last 30 days, but maybe unfollows in that days, trustscore before the update, etc.
Noone knows for sure so far.

If 6000/30 theory is true then il have to wait for quite some time since im currently sitting on 9500 follows. Day nr. 9 and block almighty is still there, as long as im not dropping followers its fine

I think also trust score did reset.
Also after unblock i have accounts that got hit just after 1-4 follows so there is more to this not just 6000/30

Hey guys! I’ve been reading through the forum for the last few weeks and all I can say that every single person who gave at least 5 minutes of their valuable time to get closer to a clearer vision of this issue is awesome af !!! We learn so much a about the platform and the tools that make our living of in these times that I think we actually get 100x more out of it then what we lose with those few clients who have 0 understanding and clue about what they are actually paying for. So I would suggest to never stress about those who want to make you feel bad but rather invest in those who are grateful for the value you give to them.
If you let small shit pull you down you will never be able to focus on the big things. Most of you (us) make 1X $ with social media marketing… I can tell you that the only limit is yourself and the invested effort that holds you back from making 100X $ since you already have the recipe for 1X. 
So, You can and you should talk against the 30/6K theory but PLEASE send proof with it as well. We are all hoping that this is temporary and would like to see the few that are still able to do more actions and don’t get the blocks.
In my case 30/6K follows is true in 90% + !!! All with red border are blocked. 0 above 6k follow actions in 30 days are unblocked and even 2 accounts around 5.500 follows in the last 30 days are still blocked.

Keep us posted on how long your second block lasts for, yeah? Pretty much everyone here will soon face the same situation, so will be good to know what the new tolerance might be.

Anyone tried to make more 6000/30 follows AFTER your account was able to follow again ?
This one is really a thing that may proof theory! Otherwise this block only mean that accounts above 6000 were blocked, but NOT that you can not do more from when the block is off

@Zinade Yes I did and 2 accounts got blocked, again, for the last 48h and still blocked (funny thing, one of those accounts is below 6000/30 with 5745 follow last 30 days).
So right now the blocks aren’t 24h anymore.

@Arthuditu they need to login to their account and check the login attempt notification inside instagram and click where says: “IT WAS ME”. If there is nothing, then you have proxy issues.

Hello everyone,
Since I didn’t have anything to write so far I have been reading only.
Something that stack up in my mind was that limit of around 6k follows per month.
Of course there could be many other things as well, since I guess that whole new algorithm has been implemented by IG.
Maybe limits have to do something with overall actions on every account per month(week, day, etc…).
So, where I stopped before is that I had these two accounts that have been doing F/UF tools.
Everything has been okay until I woke up this morning and one of those two accounts received FOLLOW block.
I stopped F/UF tools, went on dashboard - statistics - tools selected both those accounts and went 1 month back and calculated all FOLLOW actions until this morning and guess what?
The one that got FOLLOW BLOCKED was at 6055 follows in the past 29 days.
The other one that is not FOLLOW BLOCKED was at 5939 follows in the past 25 days.
This is something from my own experience.

Try putting in wrong password, but with same letters.
Example: if password - mama, try putting Mama or MAMA. After that it should work, when you again try correct password

Just been unblocked on my business account after 1 week of follow block…YES!! Hang in there folks slowly but surely the blocks are being lifted by the looks of it.

@Dan_Scholes the issue is not to get unblocked, this is great and will happen with everyone. The issue now is after, be careful because I’m getting blocked again after lifted, I’ve waited 24h to restart the follow with extremely low actions, 50-100 per day and know what? Got blocked again! And for more than 48h.
One of the unblocked accounts got above 6000/30 with 6002 follows last 30 days so looks like the theory is pretty close, maybe 5500/30? or 5000/30? All accounts above 5000 are having issues, and below not.

Unblocked after the 10 days, followed 30 people inside 3 hours and blocked again.

with my testings here and following the theory (6000/30) I’m finding out that after the block lifted we need to wait 3-5 days and start even more slowly, extremely low actions.
The more days you wait, more people you will be able to follow.
