Instagram ghosting tags

Hi guys,

Just had a desperated call from a client, yes on Sunday!!, he realized that for the last 3-4 days when he tags other accounts, only 2 @, they don’t receive the notification and the post doesn’t go to the tagged section of that people.
He confirmed with the people tagged, because he knows them personally.

Any ideas? happened to you lately? Solutions?

Maybe those two have to manually accept the tags?
Settings -> Privacy -> Tags -> Pending tags

You are correct, if you have those settings, but in our case he was tagging accounts and was working fine, nothing related with spamming, he posts max 2 times per day and tags different people, then people interact with him etc, all natural and organic.
