Monday moring someone hacked my instagram account, they changed the e-mail, password, and username. i got my friend to report the account because that’s what it says to do on the help page when your account has been hacked. i didn’t receive any e-mail as it said i was supposed to. I then remembered I had my phone number attached to it & I was able to get my account back. I changed the username, password, and e-mail to my school e-mail.
Tuesday morning, I woke up and my page was disabled. (I’m assuming from the reporting the day before). I filled out the forms they have you do when a page is disabled, I even sent them a picture of my drivers license as they requested. I never got a confirmation e-mail or message or anything.
I created a new Instagram while I got news from my old account (I’m still hopeful) but it doesn’t even let me log in through my phone? Can anyone help out? Either by helping me get my old account back or by at least letting me log into my new account on my phone?
