Does anyone know of any good software to download images so video to file so I can add them with there metadata to monitor folder on a campaign ?
you can use Jarvee repost tool and check this option, Jarvee will then scrape the content then send it to the campaign and from there you can export them to your computer into a folder

The Repost tool can scrape Instagram images and videos, and send them to your campaign. There’s no need to use another software.

I don’t think there’s a way to do that. Is there a specific reason why you want to use monitor folder? Do you want to make sure you publish unique images?
No I would really love to have a “banter” Instagram that scrapes popular accounts and posts them automatically
