If you can submit it again, do it every day until they remove the restriction.
You have to be patient and keep submitting the request so IG will review your account and remove the restrictions.
contact FB support through business manager and explain the exact issue and see how it goes.
I would say persistence is key when contacting IG/FB Support team. A lot of clients have messaged more than a couple of times before they got noticed by IG/FB.
