I’m experiencing an issue I’ve never seen before; and I’m just
wondering if you’ve ever heard about this. When trying to log in to my clients account (from
the app, but also from the regular IG website), after putting in the
credentials and hitting “log in”; it just reloads the log-in page;
without giving me any error messages. It just reloads the page as if
nothing happened. And continues to do so if I try again, like a loop. Have any of you
experienced an issue like this before? My client can log in on his end
just fine.

What proxies are you using?
Use only the API and NOT the EB. If you have to use the EB, use it to get the codes, keep it open, and use the API to verify.
Usually this is proxy related for the most part.
Once you get it valid, Do things like view stories etc., do NOT do any follows likes etc. for a few hours at least.If you can view stories and the account stays valid, then you should be fine. If after a few hours you can like, follow, comment etc, then you should be good, just disable the EB and use only the API.

I’m in a login loop aswell for 2 accounts. Have tried about everything but it doesn’t seem to work. I can log them in without issue though on a mobile phone in the app and the browser. What’s the solution?
