I have an instagram account and I am unable to login because it have brought me to the page that ask me to verify my account with my email address that for some reason I can’t access anymore.
I have tried to reset my password with hotmail but they have said the account link to my email does not exist…
I don’t know what to do. Any ideas.

Few years ago i have bought 2 fresh ig accounts.
I was growing them and everything was fine, until i decide to change my proxy.
Asap i changed proxy provider - IG asked me to verify my account via email and… boom - my emails was disable to idk reasons.
I could not restore emails - cause i didn’t create them - i just bought them with instagram accounts .
As a result:
Instagram support told me that they can help me without email access
Email support told me that they can’t restore access to my email cause i don’t know answers to security questions
So i just lost 2 accounts with 40k followers each)) They are still alive but i can’t access
