Instagram making me change Password due to FL/Jarvee

Hello,

I run Follow Liker and Jarvee to grow several Instagram accounts.

I only run one account per time, with VERY low follows, (like 50-100 follows/unfollows per day)

It’s been running fine for 1 year but recently, I started to get this message on any account I run:
“It looks like you shared your password with a service to help you get more likes or followers”

Then they tell me to change my password and if i use a service again they will ban my account.

What can I do to stop this? Why is this happening now?
If I use a proxy server on Followliker will this help me?

They are currently unable to tell, or are not willing to tell users if they really know you are using automation as both accounts which are automated or accounts never connected to any sort of bots receive those messages.
Change the password, rest the account and make sure to make it work without patterns of actions. It’s not caused by using JV, it doesn’t matter if you do it manually or automated.
