Instagram no notification issue

Hi guys,

I am not able to receive any notifications for the last 2 weeks. I actually realized this issue when I checked one of my recent post’s like number and I saw that it actually liked 50+ times and even commented but I never get the notifications. It seems like it got stuck. I have tried everything.

  • I have checked the app and notification settings and ensured they are all activated.
  • Deleted and then reinstalled the Instagram app and even clicked on ALLOW when the notification setting popped up.
  • Switched off and switched on mobile
  • Cleared all cache on mobile to avoid any corrupt issues.
  • Checked the website as well and no notification there.
  • Cleared all cache
  • Logged out and logged in again
  • Checked all settings for notifications.

Nothing seems to work. Any ideas??

I had the same problem. I just reported the issue to Instagram within the app and 2 days later it worked again. Do you receive notification on other phones? Sometimes Instagram is testing stuff with user accounts.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with any device. I even tried Android and IOS. I contacted them yet no reply. Their support channel is really the worst.

True they have a horrible support system. I guess just wait for the next update might fix it

Ho,i have the sale problema since 2 month…i ve tried everything…i even disinstalled Instagram for a week…nothing seems ti work.I do not receive any notification in instagram…and i discover that the big problem Is that even my Friends do not receive any notification when i like or comment theor post (they receive only the push notification…but when they open the app they do not find my notification).Of Simeone can help me it would be fantastic.Thanks
