Hi,
my last posts on instagram feed through campaign are being published without the caption and without the hashtags (I’ve enabled dynamic hashtags).
When it was posting through EB it was OK, but it took 2 hours to post a single post.
Then I changed to post via API and the message is missing on every post.
Help please?

The trust factor on your account/accounts might be too low. Try to reset the device Id’s (one by one, not all at once) and then verify and try again. Good luck!
gonna rest the account some time and try tomorrow after resetting device id.

Did it got fixed after resetting ids? I have the same problem and can’t fix it. Resetting the ids sometimes helps for couple of days and then no captions all over again.
yes resetind device id’s fixed for me. But I will observe how it goes in the next days to see if it was just a short term fix or not and will let you know

Instagram might delete the caption or hashtags if:
You are using the same caption or a part of it over and over again.
If your caption has some spam words as Free … etc
If you are using the same hashtags over and over again.
If it doesn’t like the proxy you are using.
If you are tagging the same user or tagging users in all your posts.
i am having this issue as well. 
I got the same answer from Jv support so what I do now is I send my picture and all the rest of the post by email and do it manually. Works even better like this.
what about if you do have more accounts?
Yeah, it’s odd. I’m having this problem on some smallish accounts: 300 followers and a 1000 follower account.
Sometimes the captions post, other times they do not. It’s a dice roll really and incredibly annoying. All images are unique as well as the captions.
