The trust factor on your account/accounts might be too low. Try to reset the device Id’s (one by one, not all at once) and then verify and try again. Good luck!
Did it got fixed after resetting ids? I have the same problem and can’t fix it. Resetting the ids sometimes helps for couple of days and then no captions all over again.
yes resetind device id’s fixed for me. But I will observe how it goes in the next days to see if it was just a short term fix or not and will let you know
I got the same answer from Jv support so what I do now is I send my picture and all the rest of the post by email and do it manually. Works even better like this.
