When I post a reel video and even give credit to the artist, Instagram always bans it in other countries. What’s the solution?

Crediting the artist doesn’t grant permission to use their music or video in Instagram Reels; rights can vary by country. Check the restriction notice. If your rights cover the affected countries, use Instagram’s appeal or rights-resolution process. Otherwise, replace the restricted material with audio or video you own or have licensed for those countries, or use audio Instagram makes available for the Reel.
