I was just wondering if it is a good idea to repost things from instagram to your profile page to get more traffic or if that is a bad idea? Is it better to just post 10 really nice pictures to your profile page and leave them there forever then just focus on following people and liking posts?
If your goal is to get more traffic as you said, I think the best option is to do both - to post at lease one image every day or every other day + to follow people and like their posts.

The best way i have to try to get more traffic is consistent to post, follow and like. No matter just 1 post everyday, just make sure account up to date.
