Hi,
I have created product catalogues for my dynamic product ads and also for my instagram to enable the tag shopping featue on my page. I have a strange problem though…all my items are uploaded properly in the catalgoue and are active on Facebook however my necklaces (all in the same product catogory, marked in a blue x) won’t show up on Instagram when I go to tag them.
I can’t find any information on Google and before I post something on Facbeook and take 3 years to hear back, i figured i’d post here.
Any experienced Facbeook Advertisers in here, help a brotha out! I’m lost.
