Instagram Stuck On Pass Change after Temp Block Page [Also No User Found]

one of my client accounts has got a temp lock and when we go to this page it gets stuck here on the change pass page. Has anyone else got this? and also in forgot to pass it says user not found.

Has anyone seen a problem like this? it’s just stuck on this page and when I click no submit it does nothing. I tried on phone and diff browsers too

Has that issue just occurred? If yes, perhaps you’ll just need to wait 24-48 hours.

no it’s there from more than a week now

How about using a different IP address/proxy connection?

The account was banned but on ig it was showing the pass change page and temp lock page.
I got the account unbanned and it’s working well now.
