I post in Hindi(Indian language) from USA. I have an account with 80K organic followers and my engagement rate is just 1.19%. Typical is 8% for account my size. Can someone tell me what is theirs?
My best video with 4.3 million view had 40K likes, 20k share+comment = like/view ratio = 1:100
Average view/like ratio of under 10k view video is 1:25
If my video hits 100k+ then the view/like ratio is 1:50
I received 2.3 mil views last which resulted in about 55k likes Ratio 1:40
I analyzed a bunch of channels and looks like I have to worst engagement rate ever.
In a nutshell it looks like my videos are being shown to wrong audience. What can I do/fix? My video quality/content is on par/better then most account my size.
Maybe due to using a non-american language people are less likely to engage if they don’t understand the topic etc. You’ve got a great following already so that’s my guess, could be completely wrong.
Ive only been on TikTok a week but my videos are super random, some will get 120k views and some will get 800 without me doing much differently
I can agree with you SBG, I’m in the same situation myself. It seems like it is almost impossible to reproduce the success a post has. There are no so-called “Quality Guildelines” to replicate a successful post.
My problem is not the view but the audience the view is going to. Everyone who makes videos in Hindi from US has a better like/view ration. Even for my best video is not in par with others.
