Hi all, does F/UF still work for instagram accounts? Or is this strategy not viable anymore? I know all the Instagram updates in the last few years have made it much more difficult to do but does anyone still do this anymore? Or is it all about M/S now?

It’s working really well. 
But you need to do M/S at some point. Since the amount of interactions you can to per account, you need to have many accounts. That’s it. I believe getting in again requires some investment.
You need mobile proxies, a decent amount of accounts and time.
I’m doing above 80 follows per day per account easily with no blocks. It’s all about the warm up and using real mobile phones
What’s the best unfollow amount to do per day if you’re looking to end up with following 0 people while doing follow-unfollow at 80 adds a day? Should we unfollow 160 a day then too? Also, are you using SuSocial or a real device? Is there any way to automate such pages if we are on desktop and not a phone?

Given the increasing challenges associated with algorithm changes and restrictions, the M/S method remains a trusted option for driving engagement and maintaining a stable following.
Don’t unfollow in the same day. Build up your following to a few thousand, then start to unfollow. Trying to do both follow and unfollow in the same day, repeatedly, will lead to blocks. Desktop automation is not the move, at least not for follow and unfollow, it’s the most restricted versions of Instagram available.
Thanks. So on a warmed up page, how many follows per day should be done? I’m thinking 80-160? And then after a few thousand, stop the following and start unfollowing 80-160 a day?
Also: How many feed likes on a warmed up page given per day? I’m thinking 200-300?
And story views per day? 200-300 also?
Another aspect: Do we want to do all actions on one person’s page or one action per page? For example, option A: Follow one person, like their feed once, and story view+story like them once (3-4 actions used on one person). Or option B: Follow one person, like another person’s feed, view+like another person’s story (actions used on 3 different people).
This is all just for fun and growing some theme pages from 0 to 10k (if possible). No spamming or scamming will be done, just a fun journey with a friend and I. Feel free to answer in PM if it’s too sensitive.
