I just joined the campaign on shoutcart which ended on January 11th.The 4 videos that I submitted were accepted from many videos. The number of views also meets the requirements for getting paid. And also all their requirements have been fulfilled. But why until now there has been no payment at all? I asked other influencers and they said they were already paid. I even sent proof of my insight video but there was no reply. Are they really a scam?? Please help me get my rights.
