$1 per month proxies are your first problem
3 accounts per proxy is your second problem
If you are going to buy datacenter proxies, you want private virgin Instagram proxies and the market price for these is around $4 per month
as others have said, only use 1 account per proxy

Agree with the others, 3 acc/ 1 datacentre proxy sounds pretty bad
