It’s unfortunate that you cannot log in to Instagram

Hi Everyone! Today I received two letters from security@mail.instagram.com: Hello… and then my username. It’s unfortunate that you cannot log in to Instagram. We can help you regain access to your account. But the fact is that I can log in to my account and didn’t ask for anything like that. What should I do? Just ignore it? Who had a similar situation? P.S. I have two-factor authentication enabled.

If there is no issue on your side just leave it. Someone might want to gain access. Keep 2FA on always

Just ignore it. It seems someone was trying to log in to your account using incorrect password. That’s why IG sent you that email
