I don’t think so. When I went to Australia and was running an account organically I didn’t notice any changes. Also have clients that travel a lot and never seen much issues.
My advice is to book an appointment with your fb ads manager and tell them you think its shadow banned. They will says its not, but you may get a boost. Happened to a client of mine.
But did they change their sim card?
Not sure. I changed mine. Usually it will have issues if you change device. But same device and new ip should be ok for reach. Doing mass actions would be different.
Can you see an exact drop when you changed sim?
