MP does not work. I tried and tried again and MP just keeps getting my account locked.
The same problem happened to me today with the Twitter account since 10 in the morning it does not work for the Mass Planner. I already sent details to support advise to do the same.
What does the screen image that you posted have to do with your comment that your account keeps getting locked? Making broad statements such as “MP does not work.” without any details isn’t going to get you any help.

Computer software hasn’t yet reached sentience - it only does what we tell it to do.
So what did you tell Mass Planner to do that got your account locked over & over?
